Rotary Barrel

Rotary Barrel tumble shotblasters are the ideal solution for the batch cleaning of typically castings, commercial brakes etc (although machines for larger castings are available) which are not subject to part on part impact damage.

Components are placed onto a continuous rotary barrel which, when activated provides a gentle rolling or tumbling action to the parts presenting every facet to the blast stream. Timed door interlocks prevent the operator opening door either during the blast process or for a short period of time after the completion of the blast cycle to ensure operator safety.
