Rotary table shotblasters are the ideal solution for the cleaning of items of all sizes and weights which do not lend themselves to be tumbled or hung
The 9 satellite table machine enable loading of parts which require to be independently rotated through 360 degrees on satellites to provide uniform coverage and high production rates. The machine was originally used in the restoration of car alloy wheels but can be adapted for a variety of components.
Components are placed onto independently driven satellites mounted on a perforated turntable which, when activated, rotate the parts in front of either one or two blast wheels ( dependent upon model). Timed door interlocks prevent the operator opening doors either during the blast process or for a short period of time after the completion of the blast cycle to ensure operator safety.
