Tilghman WTB 28 Continuous Belt Machine
Reborn Tilghman WTB 28 continuous belt shot blast machine for the batch blasting of components.
Load capacity is 28 cubic feet and is supplied with auto loader although this can be removed if required. Machine is offered with heavy duty steel belt suitable for use with heavy castings
Continuous belt tumble shotblasters are the ideal solution for the batch cleaning of typically larger castings which are not subject to part on part impact damage. If required, there is facility for automated loading from stillages (or similar) and automated discharge to same.
Components are placed onto a continuous heavy duty belt which, when activated provides a gentle rolling or tumbling action to the parts presenting every facet to the blast stream. Timed door interlocks prevent the operator opening doors either during the blast process or for a short period of time after the completion of the blast cycle to ensure operator safety
