Dust extraction and collection is an essential requirement of all automated shotblast machines / hand cabinets and blastrooms.

Determining the correct capacity is an essential element for the correct function of any shotblasting equipment and the expertise provided will ensure the performance matches customer requirements. Both sleeve type and cartridge type systems are available and we will advise which is the best solution for a particular application. Both are provided with automatic cleaning with dust deposited into a receptacle for safe disposal. All reborn dust collectors are fitted with new filter media and replacements are commonly available.

Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) testing is a legal requirement (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974) for the protection of workers from dust, fumes and emissions generated within the working environment. The legislation places a duty on the employer to have equipment examined and tested every 14 months to ensure it is functioning correctly and that a safe working environment is maintained.
