Our Service / Technical team is based upon Ex Spencer & Halstead Group specialist engineers with 2 members of the team holding over 80 years experience between them so it would be fair to say that we have seen most issues during that time! Our knowledge extends far beyond Spencer & Halstead machines and includes all OEM machines.

It is because of the experience held and not being allied to any particular OEM that many accounts (large and small) trust Doug Booth to service and maintain their shotblast equipment. Numerous customers have acquired blasting machines from a variety of sources over the years but know that Doug Booth can not only maintain their equipment in the highest working order but also can do it across their entire range of shotblast equipment. This is supplemented by the ability to provide either OEM spare parts or Doug Booth (lower cost) branded parts for all machines.

Our service teams are supported by one of the largest stock of spare parts in the UK. At a time when UK OEM’s have reduced their stock of spare parts or moved to Eastern European warehousing we provide a greatly appreciated local supply.
